Subdivision agreement emails from council

Please click on the above link to read all the emails. The emails page 1 shows the CAO Rhonda Bunn calls for a meeting on October 27, 2021 without my permission as Mayor and then has to cancel the meeting as all documents are not available. Page 2 Councillor Ronald O’Leary sends an email the meeting should be scheduled only when all stamped drawings are available for review. Page 3, Scott Anderson emails he is not in favour of holding a meeting on November 9, 2021 as he would prefer to have time to read and digest the information. As I was unwilling to call for a meeting as all documents, plans etc were not ready, Scott Anderson suggests council petition a meeting to approve the subdivision agreement. Page 4, email from Scott Anderson changes his mind and states he will attend the November 9, 2021 meeting if all supporting documents are available by November 2 and the top email from Annette Bays states “same with me” as she agrees with Scott Anderson. How did both of them know that there would be a meeting on November 9, 2021 when I as Mayor did not approve the meeting, unless the 4 councillors were discussing behind the scene to petition a meeting just as the 4 councillors did to petition a meeting to terminate the Treasurer. Page 5, the 4 councillors named in the email Scott Anderson, Annette Bays, Jonathan Pita and Deborah Hall Chancey aka Deborah Hall petition the meeting to approve the Colgan subdivision agreement. Page 6, I email the CAO and all on council that the meeting should be on November 12, 2021 as I have many concerns with the financials that could add to the costs on the already high rates of the water and wastewater users. As council realizes that I had concerns with the financials they proceed with the meeting on November 9, 2021 as I could not attend and could not raise my concerns.
